We are currently seeking new board members to help keep our program strong and growing. For the current season, we are specifically in need of a League Commissioner and a Tournament Team Coordinator. Looking ahead to next season, we anticipate several open positions as many of our dedicated volunteers transition out, creating opportunities for new members to get involved.
Joining now is a great way to learn the roles, get familiar with how the organization runs, and make a positive impact on our players and community.

PSO Board FAQ's:
Why join the board?
To make a meaningful impact! It’s incredibly rewarding to help shape the experience for our players and enhance our community’s growing reputation in softball.
Is it a lot of work?
We won’t sugarcoat it—yes, it’s a commitment. But with a collaborative board and supportive volunteers, it’s also a fulfilling experience.
Are there perks?
Board members are exempt from concession stand shifts. We’re also open to new ideas—such as waiving registration fees for first-year board members. Have suggestions? Let us know!
What if I miss a meeting?
We understand life gets busy. While regular attendance and involvement—especially during home tournaments—is encouraged, occasional absences are completely fine.
Can’t commit to a board position but want to help?
There are several opportunities to chip in! Examples include concession stand ordering & scheduling, setting up scoreboards before league/tourney games, leading/assisting in skill clinics, and more. Reply to this email and we can share more details as they arise.
If you’re passionate about softball and looking for a way to give back, please consider joining the PSO board. It’s a chance to be part of something meaningful, meet great people, and help grow the game for the next generation.
