Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2027 Pulaski Tournaments

**Weather Cancellation and Refund Policy** Every effort will be made to complete the tournament as scheduled. In the event of weather-related cancellations or other circumstances beyond the tournament's control, refunds will be issued based on the number of games played by each team: - **0 games played:** Full refund of the tournament entry fee. - **1 game played:** 50% refund of the tournament entry fee. - **2 or more games played:** No refund will be issued. A game will count as played once it officially begins, even if it is shortened or suspended due to weather. The tournament director reserves the right to modify schedules, shorten games, or adjust the tournament format as necessary due to weather or field conditions.

League and Tournament Play

A full refund (less processing costs) can be requested until the end of February. A partial refund (less uniform costs) will be allowed until the end of April. No refunds after May 1st. To request a refund, email pulaskisoftballorganization@gmail.com.
