About Our Organization

Pulaski Girls Softball Organization (PSO) is a non-profit, volunteer-run program dedicated to providing girls in the Pulaski School District the opportunity to learn, grow, and compete in the game of fastpitch softball. Our focus extends beyond the field — we aim to develop athletic skill, teamwork, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game.

Through recreational leagues, competitive tournament teams, and off-season development opportunities, PSO offers a structured environment where players of all skill levels can build strong fundamentals, experience healthy competition, and form lasting friendships. We emphasize sportsmanship, accountability, and teamwork — values that carry over into every aspect of life.

The organization is run entirely by volunteers. Coaches, parents, and community members play a vital role in keeping PSO strong by serving on committees, helping with field maintenance, and volunteering during home tournaments or league nights. Every contribution helps us sustain and improve opportunities for our players.

Over the years, PSO has invested in the Pulaski community through equipment upgrades, field improvements, and scholarships that support local athletes continuing their education. We’re proud to be part of a tradition that celebrates teamwork, community, and opportunity for all young women in softball.
