If you are a parent or athlete and are new to SportsEngine, here are some helpful tips to get you started.

News and Updates

Concessions

It is that time of year again where we need your help!!
Volunteer sign up is upon us!
Here is a direct link to the 2021 Concessions Signup.

We can’t thank you enough for your time; without your help we cannot be successful.
Our kids also love seeing us in the concession stand, what a great example to set for their little eyes!

As PBS Concessions, we manage the concession stand and volunteer sign ups. There are many benefits to this such as being able to lessen the overall volunteer commitment needed per family, give families more flexibility of which days they can choose, and most importantly put more money back into the facilities.

If you still have questions, contact PBS Concessions at: pbsconcessions@gmail.com

On Wednesday, April 14th at 5:00pm, you should have received an invite from Signup.com to sign up for your shifts.
Here is a direct link to the 2021 Concessions Signup.
Please check your junk mail if you do not receive the email before contacting us. This is a first come first serve basis and the requirements that pertain to both softball and baseball families are as follows:

Shift sign up must be done by May 1st at noon. If you are not registered for your shifts, you will not be allowed to pick up your child’s uniform! Uniform pickup will be on May 15th from 1 pm-4 pm at the concession stand. A $200 check or money order must be made out to PBS Concessions in order to pick up a uniform.

**New for 2021** Field workers will no longer be needed because we will be hiring out for those positions. We will be following the CDC guidelines and the State of Wisconsin masking guidelines. We will have extra hand sanitizer, gloved positions, and will be encouraging regular hand washing. If you are unable to volunteer due to Covid19, it is still your responsibility to hire someone to replace you for your shifts.
Thank you for your valuable time in helping to make this a positive experience for all involved!  Together we can provide the kids of our community an incredible program and great facilities to play a game they love!
