PSO Board/office nominations

It’s that time of year to start looking forward to the upcoming 2021-22 softball season. We are looking for nominations for the following open positions.  Nominations will be taken June and July with a deadline of August 1st.  Voting will then be held at the August 23, 2021, PSO Board Meeting which will be held at Memorial Park Concession Stand.

The Pulaski Softball Organization is looking for volunteers to fill some key positions for this upcoming 2021-22 softball season to provide our daughters with the opportunity to play the sport they all love!  Without volunteers in these key positions the program is not able to continue to operate.

Listed below are multiple open volunteer positions.  Each position description is listed within the Pulaski Softball Organization By-laws.

NEXT STEPS: First review the PSO By-Laws and find where you or someone you know can be a great fit, then go to and fill out the PSO Board Nomination Form before August 1.

Please consider volunteering for a position to help the organization for 2021-22 season!

2-year Terms:

  • President
  • Secretary

Sherri A, Current PSO President, and Nicole S, Current PSO Secretary, have held these positions for the past 2-years and at this time they will not be pursuing another term for the organization.  This will give new volunteers an opportunity to be part of the Pulaski Softball Organization.

1-year Terms:

  • Website Administrator
  • Concession Stand
  • Scheduler
  • Tournament Director
  • League Commissioner
  • Fundraising and Sponsorship
  • Apparel

Please consider volunteering for an open position. If you have any questions, please email

It is that time of year again where we need your help!!
Volunteer sign up is upon us!

As PBS Concessions, we manage the concession stand and volunteer sign ups. There are many benefits to this such as being able to lessen the overall volunteer commitment needed per family, give families more flexibility of which days they can choose, and most importantly put more money back into the facilities.

We will be following the CDC guidelines and the State of Wisconsin masking guidelines. We will have extra hand sanitizer, gloved positions, and will be encouraging regular hand washing. If you are unable to volunteer due to Covid19, it is still your responsibility to hire someone to replace you for your shifts.
Thank you for your valuable time in helping to make this a positive experience for all involved!  Together we can provide the kids of our community an incredible program and great facilities to play a game they love!

Meetings are held monthly.
